Annelies Grabijn is ademcoach en yogalerares en heeft een prachtige yogaruimte op 10 minuutjes lopen vanaf Haarlem station. Micheline zingt in binnen-en buitenland, als chansonière-nachtegaal. Gedurende 2 uur word je ondergedompeld in bewust & helend ademhalen, vrij zingen en samen zingen, zonder blokkades.2 leerlingen: 50€/pp

Micheline Method - solo-les met Micheline
Mijn lessen zijn opgebouwd vanuit ervaringen die ik heb opgedaan bij getalenteerde zangdocenten in Brussel, London en New York. Ik heb hun technieken gecombineerd tot een 3-eenheid dat perfect werkt.
Het is geen alledaagse manier van lesgeven: naast zingen en vocaliseren besteed ik veel aandacht aan steun, ontspannen en resoneren. Daar ik ook reiki master ben, laat ik helende energie via mijn stem naar je toevloeien.
Zingen is leven. Soms vormen zich blokkades. Door te zingen laten we ons reinigen door de pure luchtstroom die door ons heen glijdt.
Het is heerlijk om een leerling te zien groeien door zang. Niet alleen word je stem vrijer en sterker maar ook je geloof in jezelf. Je zal het zien!

It's time for a treat. That's what Annelies & want to do, spoil you. You alone or together with your friends. An hour of breathing with breathingcoach and yoga teacher Annelies Grabijn, an hour of singing lesson with Micheline in the beautiful studio in Haarlem, 10 minutes walk from the station. That makes Sing & Breathe a 120 minute lesson.The Breathing part consists of: breath analysis, breathing consciousness, conscious breathing: healing breath and breathing exercises as a prelude to the singing lessons with Micheline who sings all over the world as a chansonière-nightingale.
Annelies & I are in Haarlem to teach as soon as feasable. You'll be able to choose a slot and can be part of a group of maximum 6 singers for 40€ (for the 2 hour lesson). Singing lessons with Micheline solo: The Micheline Method!
Dear Micheline fan,
My classes are built up from personal experiences I had in Brussels, London en New York.
I have combined the techniques that different excellent vocal teachers have taught me into my own 'Micheline Method'.
It's not your usual vocal class singing scales. We do vocalize but I also find it very important to teach you how to plant into your body ad find support. Relax your vocal chords and very important: resonate your sound while singing. Since I am a reiki master, I use my voice to send through healing energy.
Singing is life. Sometimes blockages occur. Through singing we let ourselves heal. We let the pure flow of air glide through our body.
I have a spot in Utrecht, NL where I teach but I'm willing to travel. Even more info on the Micheline Method on this page.
